Jim Maher

Jim Maher is a graduate of TCD (Trinity College Dublin) and is Director of Trigraph. He has extensive experience of the Irish training services industry, gained over a period of more than 25 years. He is a member of PMI and ASQ. 

Jim has overseen many MLS (Managed Learning Services) programmes for international and domestic clients. MLS type services are offered where clients have a large volume of training, over a large population, and sometimes over wide geographies - and where the service needs professional planning and management. For example, in 2017 /18 we are delivering a major civil service programme on Performance approximately 15,000 managers.

Jim has built a team of top class professionals over a period of 15 years - mainly in areas of "best practice" subject areas such as project / risk / programme management / governance, business transformation / continuous improvement / Lean Six Sigma, ICT Management and Management / Personal Skills Development.

Seán McEvoy

Seán hold degrees in Engineering and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin (TCD).

Seán is certified Practitioner in PRINCE2®, Management of Risk® and Managing Successful Programmes as well as being a Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He is an approved PRINCE2®, Management of Risk® and PMP® trainer. He has over 30 years domestic and international experience in Project and Programme Management, IT Product Development, Process Development and Re-engineering, Training Course Design and Consulting in public and private sectors.

Seán is a visiting lecturer on Project Management in the Engineering School at TCD.


Eamonn Brown

Eamonn Browne  is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black, Lean Champion, Qualified and experienced Lean Six Sigma Mentor, Kaizen Facilitator and Instructor.

Eamonn is an EMC Corporation 20-year veteran with 13 years’ experience immersed in leading Continuous Improvement activities as a Lean Six Sigma expert providing Lean, Six Sigma and Process improvement expertise and advice across the multiple business units and  leading continuous improvement activities running Global projects, facilitating Kaizen events delivering value and real change back to the business while promoting creative critical thinking as a change agent driving a culture of Continuous Improvement.

Eamonn has a proven record in planning, developing and leading regional and global initiatives while upskilling staff on Lean and Six Sigma approaches as a project manager, mentor, coach and qualified Instructor.

Eamonn is currently working with clients in Financial Services, Pharma / Healthcare, State Utilities, Telecoms, Consulting (Big 4), Policing, Local Authorities and High-Tech

Eamonn's services are also available under the Enterprise Ireland funded programmes such as LeanStart, LeanPlus and LeanTransform

Mike Lane

Mike is a specialist in Agile methodologies and has been retained by many of Trigraph’s clients for strategic advice on their Agile transformations.

Mike’s earlier career included 20 years with large multinationals with senior posts in Ireland and the US.

Mike’s qualifications include a Masters Degree in Software Engineering, a Doctorate in Lean and Agile Project Management, as well as qualifications in in Education and Learning.

Mike lectures project management modules to Masters level at various Irish universities (UCC, NUIG and UL), via the Atlantic University Alliance programme and the UL executive MBA programme


Patrick O'Callaghan

Patrick O’Callaghan

Patrick qualified in Computer Engineering from UL, studied International Marketing with The Open University and has an MBA from London City University. He has over 25 years experience in business, technology and project management.

Patrick is certified in PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PRINCE2®, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)® and Business Analysis.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute and is regarded as an expert in the choice and application of the various project management methodologies.

He has worked on and advised on projects in energy, communications, product development, IT, quality, M&A, Government and Regulatory Affairs.

Georges Van Cauwenbergh

Georges is an seasoned manager with extensive experience in Project Management, Process Improvement  and Continuous Improvement.  His management  experience spans a range of disciples including Help Desk Operations Management,  People Management, IT Management and Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.  He also has wide-ranging experience developing and implementing a variety of corporate programmes.  He has specialised in Lean Six Sigma acting as a Mentor, Coach and Trainer, for all levels (Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts) 

His most recent client is Microsoft where he was engaged over a three year period (2012 – 2015).  As a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma he provided:

      Mentoring for Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts

      Training and Coaching for Managers in Lean Six Sigma.

      Management of TM projects for timely execution and resulting benefits with a 'Project Dashboard'.

      Mentoring for  Project Managers during their projects.

Georges is also an IASSC Accredited Training Associate.  This designation validates that the designated party has demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in the instruction of Lean Six Sigma consistent with the subject matter contained in the IASSC Bodies of Knowledge.

John Lamont

John is a former CEO of Beaumont Hospital (2001-04) and of the Medical Council (2004-09).  He now works as a management consultant with Trigraph. John is also a part-time lecturer/tutor/examiner at The Open University, the Irish Management Institute and Dublin Business School specialising in strategic management, project management, and strategic human resource management. 

John possesses a Masters degree in science, and a Masters degree in Business Administration.  He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Project Management Institute.

Mary O'Giollain

Mary is professional trainer and consultant. She is a specialist in the PRINCE2® methodology providing project management training and consultancy to private and public sectors, with a focus on process improvement and service delivery.

Terry O'Hare

Terry O’ Hare is a Senior Consultant, Project Coach & Mentor and previously held Senior Roles in HP, Stratus Technologies, Celestica, Microsoft, 3COM, and Analog Devices.

He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Chemistry, IASSC Black Belt, and is a PRINCE2® Certified Practitioner.

Terry is a Lean Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in Product Development, Research & Development, Volume Manufacturing and Service delivery. He is a certified IASSC Master Black Belt and an IASSC Accredited Training Associate.  Terry is passionate about Lean and using Lean Techniques & Tools to solve real practical problems that drive real Business Value and improve customer satisfaction. He is skilled in the theory and practical application of statistical analysis software Minitab and Sigma XL for use in Lean Six Sigma Projects.

He is an experienced Tutor delivering 100’s of modules and courses in Lean Six Sigma and preparing candidates for the IASSC exams.

Orla O’Carroll

Orla holds an MSc in Executive Leadership (University of Ulster) and is an Excellence through People Assessor with NSAI. She currently delivers a validation role for IDA Ireland on behalf of Trigraph.

Orla has worked in a wide range of organisations over the last two decades in a consultancy and training capacity. Orla’s specific area of expertise are in the Performance Management, Executive Leadership, Human Resources and Change Management.

Bryan has a BSc in Computer Science and is a former Associate Director with Gartner Consulting.

Bryan provides consultancy and training services principally in IT Service Management, Business Analysis, Networking Fundamentals, IT Security, IT Service Continuity.

Elsie is a highly experienced trainer, with relevant qualifications. She has designed and developed many courses under the ‘Soft skills’ banner, through engaging with clients to design and deliver tailored training programmes that meet and even exceed their expectations.

Anna Connolly is a work and organisational psychologist with a strong business background in the telecommunications industry. She has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and is BPS certified to administer personality and cognitive ability tests. Anna currently delivers training and consultancy services to both public and private sector companies in the areas of employee selection and management decision making and also works on government funded programs to help the long-term unemployed

Deirdre Murray

Deirdre holds an MBA from the Smurfit Business School at UCD and is a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Deirdre is a certified business coach and trainer and holds diplomas in Public Relations and Public Health medicine.

Deirdre works closely with a number of clients in both public and private sectors where she consults, designs and delivers training solutions. Her focus is in the area of Personal Effectiveness and Management. She has a passion for seeing individuals and organisations prosper and in assisting the effective combining of both the “hard and soft” skills sets.

David Hamilton
