Purpose:

SCRUM Practices in your Organization This course explains the motivations that promoted the creation of Scrum and presents practical support to project managers using the Scrum framework to manage volatile projects. This is achieved by introducing learners to the values and principles that emerged from the Agile Software Development (ASD) paradigm. Delegates then are in a position to recognize how Scrum supports this paradigm. We don’t just teach you how to apply Scrum - we help you to understand why you want to apply Scrum. Learners explore the core values and practices of the Scrum framework and then critique practical supplementary practices that may be effective in different project situations.
